Veteran and journalist, S.C. Bhatt has been watching and writing about the problems which often appear as intractable but are finally resolved. He has headed a number of Media orginisation in the course of his career, from the News Services Division of AIR to the DAVP, and from the Publications Division to the R and R Division. He has written extensively on current problems and issue concerning media. He is the author of several books like, The Great Divide: - Muslim Separatism and Partition Invasion of India, Scholar Statesman: Shanker Dayal Sharma a Biography among others; the Communist Mask. He has also edited The Encyclopaedia of District Gazetteers of India, a Voluminous work of its own kind.
