Qian Wen is an IT strategist, business leader and enthusiast for world cultures. Her specialty areas include but are not limited to business modeling, international team dynamics and organizational behavior, strategic investment and marketing, cloud computing architecture, network communications and doing business with China. She currently serves as the CEO of Endronic Corporation that she co-founded with her brother in 1994. In its early days, the company did engineering consulting for AT&T wireless and Matsushita Electric Industrial on the installation of wireless communication systems for Boeing airplanes. The company specializes in IT development and strategic business consulting with the current focus being Cloud Computing Architecture, Business Modeling and doing business with China. In 2012, Qian served as CEO for one of the top three creative marketing and business consulting firms in China. Prior to co-founding Endronic Corp., Qian worked at the Microsoft VC++ Group, and co-authored the Microsoft VC++ Reference Manuals. While at Microsoft, she facilitated department wide customer visits that reached out to over 20,000 world-wide Visual Studio customer install-base. She coordinated the site visits and ensured that information can be quickly disseminated with the entire department, such that customer feedbacks can be incorporated into the product design in a timely manner. Qian holds an MSEE from the Department of Electrical Engineering of the University of Washington. She entered college at the age of 15, obtained her BSEE at the age of 18, MSEE at the age of 19, and became a Ph.D. candidate at the age of 20.
