The illustrator, Cindy Brown, was an art teacher for 39 years before retiring in 2020. She was a great inspiration to Gavin after teaching him in Art all 6 years of elementary school. Cindy always loved working with her students and encouraged them to develop their artistic abilities while fostering creativity. Cindy's amazing drawing skills complimented Gavin's writing abilities beautifully. The two are excited to partner together and bring readers fun, adventurous stories with a positive message.
