Dr. R. A. Singh is principal of Rajendra College, Chapra, the most Prestigious college of Jai Prakash University, Chapra. Dr. Singh has authored two encyclopaedia on Rajendra Prasad and Sardar Patel. Besides this, he has written five other books on different topics.
