JE Johnson is publisher of Crimson Hill Books. She is a former business writer and editor who has written over a thousand articles for major magazines and newspapers in the U.S. and Canada including Los Angeles Times, Toronto Star, Canadian Business and Exchange magazines. As the former managing editor of Franchise Canada magazine and the annual Franchise Canada Directory, the official publications of Canadian Franchise Association, she has interviewed hundreds of franchisors, franchisees and industry experts. She holds a Masters degree in Journalism and Communications from South Dakota State University and a MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
