Before turning to writing fiction, Trevor Cole was best known as an award-winning magazine journalist. After a stint as a senior writer at the Globe and Mail's Report on Business Magazine, he wrote a satirical column for Canadian Business which became a notorious irritant to many of Canada's prominent business leaders. He is now a regular contributor to Toronto Life and Report on Business Magazine. In 2005, he garnered six National Magazine Award nominations -- more than any other writer in Canada.
