Lara Dunston works in a team with husband Terry Carter, between them they have experienced some 60 countries and authored more than 40 guidebooks. Lara's career has taken in filmmaking, public relations, teaching and travel writing where she has contributed to international magazines and newspapers including National Geographic Traveller, Wanderlust, Lifestyle+Travel, Get Lost, USA Today and the The Independent. Lara and Terry now live in Dubai, however, always make time to visit Italy's hippest city, Milan and its nearby lakes and towns.
