Cynthia L. Moore is an IT consultant and trainer with 15 years of experience implementing new applications into an organization. She has trained large numbers of users on how to analyze their business and how to get the most out of their software. An adjunct faculty member for multiple community colleges in their Workforce Development departments, Ms. Moore also travels extensively to train users on utilizing Crystal Reports for their business needs. In addition to training users, she has played a significant role in developing several web applications that integrate with Crystal Reports.
