As a qualified civil engineer I have worked and sought work for our staff in south America, southeast Asia, south Africa, Europe, USA, India, Pakistan, Hong Kong, Thailand and many other places. I have worked in the pulp and paper, mining and bulk transportation business's. Prior to retiring my bidding team in south Africa out-bid Soros Engineers, NY., for a 3-year 300m$ bulk transportation project. I personally do not like hanging around and like to get on with projects whether they are for work or personal projects. I built our 42ft boat in just under a remarkable 3 years while I was technically working 2000 hours each year. I have given many talks of my travels and work to technical groups, libraries, cruise ships, clubs and have self-published many of my books.
