Vladimir Lange, MD is an emergency physician and an award-winning producer of medical multimedia programs. He has lived in Europe, the Middle East and Latin America. In his spare time, he saved a climber's life on the icy slopes of 24,000 foot Peak Lenin, piloted his single-engine plane over the jungles of Brazil, and built a chicken coop in his backyard.
