Warren M. Levin, M.D., opened the first alternative and integrative medical practice in New York City in 1974. He was the first to describe the Candida/parasite connection. Listed in Who's Who in American Medicine and in 2010 was named as a Top Doctor in America in Family and Integrative Medicine.
