Diane Fagan was born on the northern prairies in Alberta, Canada - far from the ocean. When she came to Australia, she found a new passion for sailing.Diane has always written stories and has won prizes for her short stories for adults. However, as a teacher, she especially loves to write books that will inspire children and give them positive messages, as well as having an exciting read!She hopes that the Jodie Books will encourage children and families to connect with nature and learn about the world of Spirit, and that her main character, Jodie, will be a positive role model.She has four adult children and lives with her husband in Sydney.
