Louise Murphy, winner of a Writer's Digest Award for formal poetry, is the author of the novel The Sea Within and a book for children, My Garden. She has an MA in creative writing from San Francisco State University and has taught English for decades. Her writing and poetry has been published in numerous journals and magazines. Louise lives in Northern California.
