Holbrook is a former IEDC board of director and fellow member. He traveled the world giving advice on how to stimulate and drive competitive local economies. Holbrook specialized in creative economic incentives that helped communities attract investment and create high quality jobs. In 2010 Holbrook was knighted by the Knights Templar Order at USMA West Point. He has been an active historian in defining the unsolved mysteries of the Templar's for over 15 years.
