In October 2012, I was told I likely wouldn't walk again and had less than 2 months to live. I had lost the use of both legs and one arm. I chose life. A year later, they found 9 brain tumors and gave me weeks. Again. I have been NEAD (No Evidence of Active Disease) since 2014. But that could change at any time. Stage IV cancer is a terminal diagnosis. I am just trying to redefine what that means. I'm going to live until I die. I believe in the indomitable human spirit to overcome any obstacle. I believe in you.
