I have a doctorate in neuroscience and worked at Harborview Medical Center until I decided to become "just a mom." Now I am a homeschooler and I teach my favorite subject to homeschooled kids and in private schools. I have successfully taught packs of teenagers and given presentations in colleges; this book is the combination of my love for science and teaching.
