Maxine Thompson received a bachelor’s degree in English from Wayne State University, and an honorary doctorate degree of humanities from Loyola Marymount University, Westchester, California, through the R.O.S.E. Ministries-Worldwide. She taught herself e-publishing, book doctoring, column writing, and information marketing. In addition to writing, she is a literary agent, and also aids budding writers through her non-profit literary and educational agency. She hosts an Internet radio show with artistfirst.com. She resides in California.
