Jim Dornan graduated from Purdue University with a degree in aeronautical engineering. Forty years later, Jim is one of the highest global achievers in the Amway business. He is the founder of Network TwentyOne, an international industry standard in leadership training and support. Jim and Nancy are founders of Network of Caring, which raises millions annually for the neediest people in the world. Jim is an author and speaker.
