Since his retirement from the music and entertainment industry, Steven Taylor has thoroughly researched the manufactured housing industry. He worked for a dozen different dealerships, representing several different manufacturers, visited factories, and talked to hundreds of customers and home owners. The now lives in Bethune, SC, where he had a manufactured home placed on his large estate.
