Astrid Amara is the author of numerous gay romance titles, including Lambda Literary Award finalist, The Archer's Heart. Prior to settling in the Pacific Northwest she traveled the world, spending unnecessary amounts of time in Central Asia, the Middle East, and India before realizing she preferred cloudy mild climates. Now she spends her days as a civil servant, trying to save the world one bureaucratic form at a time. When not working she can usually be found riding her horse, walking her old dog, or feeding her goats. She looks just like everyone else in Bellingham, Washington.
