Jan and Tony Payne are a husband-and-wife writing team who live in the Dordogne region of France. For a time, they had their own card company, Payne Family Cards, for which they designed and published children's pop-up cards. They are now concentrating on developing their remarkable and original talents in writing stories for young readers.
