After receiving catastrophic news that his dietary requirements would forevermore be nil-by-mouth, Robert resolutely but incrementally for almost a year got himself back to swallowing with the help of speech pathology and his steadfast wife Teresa. This cookbook is a testament to this pertinacity and serves as an encouraging example of what others can achieve, whilst accommodating for the whole household and friends alike.
