Norman Wright, a former teacher, is a recognised authority on popular children's books, genre fiction and British comics, and has participated in numerous broadcasts on these subjects. His writing credits include over one hundred articles, introductions to a number of collections, and several books. As co-founder of the Enid Blyton Society, and editor of the Society's journal, he has an extensive knowledge of Enid Blyton's phenomenal output and compiled the Enid Blyton Adventure Treasury for Hodder with Mary Cadogan.
