Gauil Wagman was born and grew up in Washington, D.C. but has lived in France for most of her adult life. She curently lives in the South of France where she opened a restaurant with her husband. The restaurant became famous for its fusion cooking and its wide variety of homemade desserts, Gail's speciality.
