James N. Giglio received his PhD at Ohio State University and is Distinguished Professor Emeritus of History at Missouri State University. His eight books include The Presidency of John F. Kennedy (University Press of Kansas) and Musial: From Stash to Stan the Man (University of Missouri Press).
