Journalist and author Franklyn Wood (1925 - 1991) was a former Art Editor of The Times and was the first editor in Fleet Street to run a diary (in The Daily Sketch) under his own name. He wrote numerous features in The Sunday Times, News of the World and other popular Sunday newspapers, women's magazines and continental journals on a variety of subjects ranging from shock, horror and scandal expos�s, to business news.
