Jenna Butler was born in Norwich, England and lives in Edmonton, Alberta. She runs her own poetry house, Rubicon Press, and teaches at Grant MacEwan University in Edmonton, possessing degrees in Arts, Education and Poetry. This is Butler's third book of poetry, following Aphelion (NeWest) and Wells (U of A).
