Gail Sher lives and works in the San Francisco Bay Area as a writer, teacher and counselor. She has published over thirty books of poetry, six book-length haiku sequences, three books on writing as a practice, and a book on bread-making based on her years of experience at the San Francisco Zen Center's bakery.
