Joe' s books include Skinning Windows XP, Microsoft Office 2003 All in One and the Absolute Beginner' s Guide to Networking, Fourth Edition. Joe' s information technology career has spanned over 15 years and he currently serves as an assistant professor at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine.
