Marj Charlier lives in Palm Springs, California, with her husband, Ben Miller, a free-lance journalist. She worked as a business reporter for twenty years, including eleven at The Wall Street Journal. She worked in corporate finance for another twenty years before retiring to write novels. This is her ninth novel.
