Mary Phillips uses nutrition as a tool to help individuals with emotional eating and weight-loss issues. Her goal is to help clients get back on track in order to look and feel their best inside and out.

Mary is a former flight attendant, USPTA tennis instructor, EMT, fitness specialist, and gym owner, certified through the American College of Sports Medicine.

Mary's focus is with young women and a 40-plus demographic. Now that processed foods and energy drinks have become an epidemic, she wants people to become more aware of what they are putting in their bodies.
