Thomas Struth was born in 1954 in Geldern, Germany, and now lives in Düsseldorf and Berlin. He attended the Academy of Fine Arts Düsseldorf, where he studied with Gerhard Richter and Bernd Becher. His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally and has been collected by countless museums and other institutions.
