Matt has been a radio and television broadcaster for just over 15 years, presenting on some of the UKs most popular shows like Nickelodeon, The Big Breakfast and I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here!. For the last five years he has been getting up at 3.46am to host his own Heart breakfast radio show. As a result of this he has perfected the art of being able to sleep almost anywhere. His wife and children are not amused by this, particularly when it’s in a restaurant.
