Pramod Kumar Singh is working as Deputy Librarian with Central Library, Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribagh (Jharkhand). He has contributed extensively in Indian and Foreign Professional Journals on this subject. A particular research emphasis has been on promoting leadership, organizational and professional learning in ways that improve the educational experience of students currently under-achieving in our education systems.
