Brigadier Jogindar Singh is an alumnus of NDA, an Air OP Pilot as also a gallant awardee of 1971 War. A distinguished Gunner with about 34 years of Army service, he is a third-generation army veteran. Qualified on Defence Services Staff College & Long Gunnery Staff Course; he holds a degree of MSc (Defence Studies) & Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management. He has held many challenging appointments on Management, Instructional, Staff & Command in the Army, the last one being the Brigadier Administration who was instrumental in providing sound foundation in establishment of Army Training Command. Post retirement, he was appointed as a Special Director in Board of Industrial & Financial Reconstruction. He has also been a faculty member in HRD & Training, conducted programs on general management subjects like leadership, team building, communications, personality development and been on the selection panels for Interviews. A veteran glider pilot & rider, he loves swimming & golf. Has been taking an active part in the welfare of Ex-Servicemen.
