Despite all the attention Emma Sheppard's two cats demand from her, she still manages to find time to write fantasy romances (with a touch of suspense). She loves the genre because it allows her to combine the best of so many types of fiction. Emma lives with her husband in a northern Canadian city where the long winters give her the perfect excuse to curl up with a blanket and a good book.
