Eric Barger is vice president of C.R. Barger & Sons, Inc., a five generation family business, and leads the precast concrete manufacturing business unit. Within the precast concrete industry, Eric has served on the board of directors and various committees of the National Precast Concrete Association. He has also authored and published many technical articles in his field of expertise. Eric holds an Associate's degree from Roane State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Tennessee Technological University. Eric was honored as Roane State's Outstanding Alumni in 2008. He sits on the Roane State Foundation board of directors, a not-for-profit entity with the purpose of providing financial support for the students and programs of Roane State Community College. Eric has many hobbies in which he excels. He is a documentary film producer and director committed to highlighting small communities near his East Tennessee home, both in their history and also the special bonds between the people living there. With a degree in civil engineering and career in construction products manufacturing, Eric enjoys the technical aspects involved in the creation of his films. Eric made his directorial debut in "Giving Back," which was selected for screening in the 2018 Knoxville Film Festival.
