Ignatius Fernandez is a post-graduate in Chemistry and Business Management and has a certificate in Higher English (level 3) from Cambridge University, UK - where they found him to have "a high level of performance in writing." Rising through the ranks, he operated as General Manager, Director, and Chief Executive. Later, he moved to academics and training - Professor of Management Studies and corporate trainer for top management. He was also a speaker at Parent Forums and other platforms and counselor for families. In time he took to writing books (8) and articles (60). He prefers writing on leadership, relationships, parenting, and spirituality - only nonfiction. He reads spiritual and self-development books and listens to Western Classical and Country music. He enjoys watching action movies. He has four grown sons, all of whom are MBAs and senior professionals in Industry.
