John Prater is an artist who lives and teaches in Portsmouth, England. In addition to writing and illustrating childrenï¿1/2s books, he gives frequent talks and art demonstrations to school children throughout England. He is the author of several Baby Bear books, all of them published in North America by Barronï¿1/2s.
