Diana Baker grew up in England and that culture and cuisine are very much a part of her. She is mother of four hungry boys who often demand a new dish besides having to be tasty. Thus began her love for recipes to suit the tastes of her large family. Her busy daily schedule usually prompts her to find quick and easy-to-prepare recipes, although there will always be a particular dish for a special event. Diana has also dedicated her life to Christian work being active in her church and in missions as well as being a lecturer and translator.
