Frank Stephenson is the author of "An Unlikely Journey," "Bogota Backscatter," and "The Death Sommelier," as well as numerous short stories. He is a Member of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers, a registered professional engineer in several western states including Hawaii and received his post-graduate engineering degrees in Western Europe where he was a World Health Organization Scholar and an Ernest Cook Research Fellow. Although semi-retired, his participation in projects in Hawaii and Arizona provide a welcome break from writing.
