Mr. Paine is the former President and CEO of The SINCO Group, Inc., serving in that position for 22 years from 1974 to 1996, during which time he successfully directed the design, manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of a broad spectrum of internationally recognized fall protection and other safety systems and equipment for the construction industry. He has worked with many industrial rack and conveyor manufacturers in industrial plants and warehouses throughout the United States and Canada. Mr. Paine additionally founded a Union Ironworker Construction Company, which operated throughout the United States, doing installation of fall protection products, specialty rigging, personnel and debris netting systems and other related construction activities. Additionally, Mr. Paine was a key player during the negotiated rule making Committee for the OSHA Steel Erection Standard SubPart R, and was a paid expert for OSHA during the SubPart R hearings in Washington, DC. Daniel Paine is a native of Connecticut and received his BA from Union College, Schenectady, New York. He currently resides in Avon, Connecticut.
