Award-winning 'cocktail chef' Jason Kosmos owns Employees Only with fellow bartender Dushan Zaric. It's one of the hottest cocktail bars in New York and is loved by New Yorkers and critics alike. Jason and Dushan are also the founders of Cocktail Conceptions, a consulting company that boasts clients such as Absolut, Moet-Hennessey and the W Hotel chain. Both still work regularly behind the bar.
