K. J. Larsen is the pen name for three sisters who, linked by a voracious love of mysteries, set out to write their own. Julianne, Kristen, and Kari Larsen-horse trainer, minister, and irreverent baker-cowrite the Cat DeLuca Mysteries. Their debut novel, Liar Liar, was named a Library Journal Best Book of 2010 in Mysteries. The three sisters live in the Chicago area and the Pacific Northwest, with a shameless menagerie of dogs, cats, horses, and one misbehaved rabbit.
