I lived in Arabia between 1986-2016 - working in Oman, Saudi Arabia and the U.A.E. For much of that time I was self employed with a small company that became involved in an eclectic range of businesses, including a specialised inbound tour business, contracting to the U.S.A.F, and operating a Disney retail franchise. I have explored the region widely from Syria south to Yemen and Egypt west to Iran, both leading tours and alone, especially in Oman, and hope you will enjoy the distillation of this knowledge in my books.
