Paul has followed The Book all his life but now he struggles to remember exactly why. Now when he leaves a bookstore with a new tome tucked under his arm, he is still enthused, yet the real magic of life always seems to elude him. On the surface is friendly and affable, but Paul has a secret that dogs him night and day. On better days when he is not holed up in his city digs, Paul writes and publishes all manner of nefarious things in the hope that it will cleanse his soul and perhaps soothe his palate like a glass of fine wine.
