Roxanne Wyss and Kathy Moore began their career in the test kitchen for Rival Manufacturing Company, the company that introduced the wildly successful Crock-Pot® Slow Cooker. Today, Kathy and Roxanne focus on quick, easy family-oriented cooking, healthy cooking and baking for kids to adults. They are cookbook authors (11 cookbooks,) food consultants to food and small appliance companies, recipe developers and food bloggers. In that test kitchen, they honed their skills in product research, tested hundreds of new small appliances and developed thousands of reliable, tasty recipes. They perfected the art of communicating the use and benefits of small appliances and became recognized authorities in the housewares industry.
