David Spencer's works have premiered at the Royal Court, National Theatre, and Soho Theatre. He has won a number of awards, including the Verity Bargate Award, the Alfred Doblin residency, and a residency in Schloss Wiepersdorf. His best-known works include: Releevo, Killing the Cat, Hurricane Roses, Red Stars, and Raven.
