Samantha Hunt is an award-winning novelist, essayist, and short-story writer whose work has appeared in The New Yorker, The New York Times Magazine, McSweeney's, Tin House, A Public Space, and many other publications. She has received much recognition for her novels The Seas, The Invention of Everything Else, and Mr. Splitfoot. She lives in upstate New York.
