Timothy James OLeary, III is a retired United States Army Lieutenant Colonel with 27 years of active and reserve service to his Country. Tim served a tour of duty both in Vietnam and the First Persian Gulf War. He was an Army helicopter pilot and logged over 2,200 flight hours in UH-1 and OH-58 aircraft. Tim holds a Masters Degree and an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Administration and Supervision, both from Georgia Southern University. He attended the University of Virginia where he studied Educational Administration in their Doctor of Education program. Tim has run 13 marathons to include Boston's 100th and the Marine Corps. He is a baseball/softball official and has umpired five Cal Ripken World Series. He recently served as an umpire in Holland while working the Africa/Europe Regional Senior League Softball Tournament. Tim and his wife Lynn reside in Gorham, Maine.
